FAQs

Camper playing basketball

What are the ages of Briarwood campers?

Our youngest campers are 3 years old and potty trained. Our oldest campers are entering 10th grade.

Do you have a minimum number of weeks that my camper must attend?

All campers must attend at least four weeks of camp but those weeks do not need to be consecutive. You can choose your weeks (4, 5, 6, 7 or 8) when you apply.

Is there any additional cost for transportation? And do you really pick up door to door?

Door to door transportation is part of our basic camp fee. There is no extra charge for transportation. And we do really pick up door to door. That said, if you want to provide your own transportation, we provide a discount of $25 per camper per week.

Do you have before care and after care?

Yes. Before care starts at 7:30 am. After care ends at 6:00 pm. There is a small charge for before and after care. We are unable to provide transportation to before and after care.

Can I add on weeks during the summer if my camper is having fun?

Your camper WILL be having fun during the summer and yes, you can add weeks. To answer your next question, if your camper has already been using our transportation and you extend, we can continue to provide transportation.

Do I have to provide lunch? I am tired of packing lunches. Really. Tired.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE LUNCH! We serve lunch every day – healthy, kid friendly food plus we always have salad, yogurt and sandwiches available. We serve fresh fruit with lunch each day and a snack (ex. ice cream sandwich, popsicle, soft pretzel) at the end of each day.
