One of the things that we love about Briarwood’s Busy Bee program is that our three, four and five year olds get to participate in just about everything that the older kids do (no archery, though . . . ). It is wonderful to see Briarwood’s Cutest™ smiling, laughing, learning, playing and splashing all around camp.
Bunk shows are a beloved tradition for Briarwood campers and, like our older campers, our Busy Bees put on a wonderful show every year.
Our 2025 Busy Bee Show, entitled “The Day the Colors Got Lost” was a joyful story that was about more than just adorable campers dressed in fun costumes and dancing to music. It highlighted the importance of friendship, teamwork and belonging. Through the playful adventure of Grumble Gray, children discovered that every color was important and – just like every camper – each color makes the world brighter. When we work together and share our colors, we can build something beautiful and show that there’s always room for everyone in the rainbow….even Grumble Gray!
